Handle customer communication, payment coordination, follow-ups, and CRM activities while working closely with the sales team and management to ensure a smooth client experience at Mahaan Altisium.
Mahaan Altisium is a 7-year-old real estate and plotted development company currently focused on residential apartments, offering budget-friendly homes with premium amenities.
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM Executive) to handle customer interactions and coordinate between customers, the sales team, and management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions related to payments, registrations, and queries
Have a good understanding of project and sales details
Coordinate effectively between the sales team and the Director
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure smooth communication with clients
Requirements:
Kannada and English knowledge is mandatory
Basic computer knowledge is required
Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required
Good communication and presentation skills are required
Pleasant personality and professional attitude preferred
We are looking for a long-term candidate
Preference will be given to candidates from nearby localities
Work Details:
Working days: 6 days a week
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Home-cooked lunch will be provided
